Personal Fitness: This merit badge is required for Eagle rank. Anybody who needs it can start working on it on April 1 and finish it by the end of this scouting season. If you have been working on the Sports or Athletics merit badges, please turn your blue cards in to Mr. Tomalin by May 6.
Troop Hoodies: Anybody interested in buying a hooded sweatshirt with the Troop 219 logo on the back, e-mail Mr. Tomalin by April 15. Cost: $25. Please include your size.
Boards of Review: Scouts will soon be able to schedule a board of review on the troop website. Mr. Dano is working out the details. Parents unfamiliar with the Board of Review or Scoutmaster Conference process can contact Mr. Tomalin. You can also go to www.Scouting.org and click on advancement.

NYLT: on the weekends of July 10-12 and July 17-19, National Youth Leadership Training will be held at Sand Hill Scout Reservation. If you are 13-years-old, finished with 8th grade and are a first-class scout, then you need to sign up for this outstanding leadership course taught by several of Troop 219’s senior scouts and Scoutmaster Emeritus Michael McBride.
